Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping:

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase, Monday through Friday, provided that items are in stock and available.

In the event of an item being out of stock, or if we are unable to fulfill and/ or ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you via email.

Please note that shipping times or guarantees vary by the shipping method selected during check-out. Once we transfer custody of your order to the carrier, we cannot control the actual shipping time nor refund shipping costs for delays in shipping.

Advertisements for free shipping are applicable to Domestic orders only and terms are subject to change without notice.

International Shipping:

International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier at check-out. International orders do not include duties and taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for international orders lost in transit or refused by Customs Agencies.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Apothecary by SFRAW and wish to return it for a refund or store credit, we accept the returns up to 14-days after delivery.
